Poor customer serivce. Every time I come to this location the serivce is always slow. We always end up waiting 15-20 minutes for our food to be cooked. We ordered a kid's meal with half rice and half noodles and teriyaki chicken. We also ordered a 2 entree meal with orange chicken and Beijing beef. Our luck none of these entrees were in stock. We waited a good 15 minutes for them the cooking staff to fry the chicken and beef. They had to be reminded at least 3x from the gals filling our orders. The gal taking our order was working so hard compared to the other employees. She was taking orders, cooking, and cashing people out. Seems like the cooks didn't really care to be there. Be prepared to wait for your food if it is not already in the trays. Food quality is decent, but service is slow and inconsistent.

Came here expecting fast food and warm food and we were disappointed. We have friends that rave about this place so we decided to check it. I choose the Kale Chicken and angus steak with a side of veggies. Both of my entrees were cold. My husband said his were cold as well. We were not happy with our food at all.

Service here is okay, it's not horrible but it isn't great. I've experienced service from people who were completely monotone or overly talkative. Personally, I prefer neither, but the right balance of friendly conversation. The first time we came here, the food was pretty good. The second time, not so much. I blame it on us coming 30 minutes before closing, but we were in the area, it was getting late, and we didn't feel like cooking. The problem I had was with the lo mein. They chopped up what tasted like raw onions into the lo mein because as I was eating it, I could taste the burning onion taste. Normally the lo mein doesn't use raw onions. And if it does, the onions are cooked. Seems like they got lazy and just threw them in as filler.

By far the worst Panda Express I've ever been to, if not the worst Asian restaurant. The drive thru employees are always very unfriendly, but today was definitely the worst- the employee just stuck her hand out the window for my credit card, then handed me my entree without even saying one word! No hello, no thank you, literally nothing. Just a scowl on her face. Terrible! When I got home, I discovered they got my order wrong, and the meat in one of my entrees was super gristly and fatty, tough to chew. Just nasty. Very disappointing! Management definitely needs to re-train some of their employees on proper customer service and quality control on their food!

It's a pretty standard Panda Express. The staff was very friendly and the food was warm/just prepared. If it's your first time, definitely try the honey walnut shrimp. It's a little extra, but definitely worth it in my opinion. Also, their drink sizes are a size up from what you might expect.

Rice was under cooked almost crunchy. Portions were tiny compared to what you'd expect from Chinese food. They try to make up for substandard food with over the top welcomes and scripted impersonal customer interactions. Orange chicken (my favorite) was more breading than chicken. Sad all around.

Slowest drive thru I have ever been through! I was in the line for 15 minutes, and not because it was busy (there was only one car ahead of me). I was waiting behind a car who was waiting for someone to take their order for 5 minutes. I was greeted right away once I was at the place where I order and was told to wait a minute. It wasn't till after 5 minutes that I had any other interaction and was able to place my order. I then waited an additional 5 minutes to pay and for them to get my food ready. The food definitely wasn't worth the waste of time.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly.
